Immich Backup — Terms of Use

This utility is intended for its owner’s private backup and recovery use. It is not offered as a public service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or the Immich project. The account owner controls authorization, storage and retention. A successful upload alone does not establish recoverability; completion is reported only against the recorded backup and restore checks. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability or permanent access is made.
